This is a fully automatic 3ply flat face mask blank machine, specially designed for the automatic production of flat face mask blanks (without ear loops). The entire production process from raw material feeding to final blank forming is fully automated, with stable performance, high production efficiency and easy operation. Working Flow(Fully Automated, No Manual Operation):

The machine completes the whole production process automatically, with all parameters controllable and monitorable through the PLC + touch screen operating system. The specific working flow is as follows:

• Unwinding rolls of non-woven fabric and accurate alignment of multi-layer materials

• Automatic feeding and traction of nose bridge strips, cutting to the required length

• Inserting the cut nose bridge strips into the folded non-woven fabric

• Folding the multi-layer non-woven fabric and edge sealing by ultrasonic welding

• Cutting and shaping the mask blank, trimming away excess material

• Automatic conveying and collecting of finished mask blanks

welding function; you canpurchase an independent ear loop welding machine separately if needed.

Q4: How can we check the quality of your machine?

A: You can send your non-woven raw materials to us, we will test the machine and send the finished mask blanks back

to you for inspection; you are also warmly welcome to visit our factory for on-site machine testing and inspection.
