A4: Customers can send their raw materials to us for testing. We will produce finished samples using our machines and send them back for evaluation. Customers are also welcome to visit our factory.

A5: Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. The nearest airport is Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, about one hour away. We can arrange airport pickup for visiting customers.

Q6: What is the delivery time of the machines?

A6: Normally the delivery time is 15–30 working days, depending on machine type and order quantity.

Q7: Do you provide machine installation training?

A7: Yes. We provide operation manuals, videos, and remote technical guidance. On-site engineer support is also available if required.

A8: We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Other payment methods can be discussed based on order conditions.
