The Butterfly Type Mask Making Machine is a fully automatic production system designed for manufacturing high-performance folded respirator masks.

It supports various mask structures such as butterfly (C-shape), 3D, and folded flat masks, and can produce masks that meet international standards including N95, KN95, and FFP2–FFP3, depending on the filter materials used.

From raw material feeding to finished mask output, the entire process is automated, helping manufacturers achieve high efficiency, stable quality, and reduced labor costs.

1. We provide pre-sales, sales and after sales service, especially one year of free maintenance warranty.
2. If there are problems with the machine parts, customer can take pictures and send to us by email to explain the situation, we will help to solve it on line or by email within 24 hours. If the problems cannot be solved, we will send the spare parts to customer within 3 working days.
3. If there are big problems of the machine caused by wrong operation, we will arrange professional engineer to solve the problem in customer's factory, but all the cost including visa, air fare and accommodations must be paid by customer.

A: Customers can send material to us and then we use our machine to manufacture finished products which will be re-sent to customers. Customers are welcome to visit our factory to check quality of our machines.

Q:5. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China. The nearest airport is Baiyun airport(1 hour driving).
