This fully automatic mask production line completes the entire process from raw material feeding, nose wire insertion, and ear-loop welding to finished masks, without manual intervention. It integrates 3–4 machines working together, including mask blank forming, ear-loop welding, and conveyors, with automatic counting for production quantity. Compatible with PP non-woven fabric, melt-blown fabric, and PE materials, it is flexible for different mask types and market requirements.
